Welcome to TradeTrack. By accessing or using our web application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using TradeTrack (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. TradeTrack is owned and operated by Makhdoom Syed Ali Nasir or its successor legal entity.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeTrack. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Platform
TradeTrack is designed to help users track, manage, and analyze their trades. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:
• Uploading false or misleading trade information
• Attempting to access unauthorized parts of the platform
• Using automated tools or scraping the platform's content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, code, and functionality within TradeTrack is the intellectual property of TradeTrack and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. You are permitted to share screenshots or content from your personal use of TradeTrack publicly, provided it does not misrepresent the platform.

6. Subscription and Payment (if applicable)
Certain features of TradeTrack may be accessible only through a paid plan. Payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. If you subscribe, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by the pricing and renewal terms provided. For refund details, please refer to our separate Refund Policy page.

7. Plan-Based Referral Program (User Rewards)
TradeTrack offers a referral program allowing users to invite others to the platform and earn rewards based on the invited users' subscription plans. By participating:
• You must provide accurate information when sharing referral links.
• Rewards are credited according to the invited user's plan (e.g., inviting a Free user gives Basic plan rewards, etc.).
• Rewards are non-transferable and have expiration periods.
• TradeTrack may change, pause, or revoke rewards at its discretion.
• TradeTrack is not responsible for disputes between users regarding referral rewards.

8. Affiliate Program (Influencers)
TradeTrack offers an affiliate program for influencers or partners who promote the platform in exchange for commissions. By participating:
• Affiliates must register on TradeTrack and use their unique tracking affiliate link for referrals.
• Commissions are calculated as 30% of the subscription revenue generated by users who subscribe through the affiliate's link
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
• TradeTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity.
• Commissions can be paid via bank transfer or Payoneer and may be subject to fees or deductions depending on the chosen method.

9. Data and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any data you upload or generate through the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TradeTrack may store data both locally (such as through your browser's IndexedDB or localStorage) and securely in our cloud database for syncing and backup purposes. By using TradeTrack, you consent to our data collection and storage practices.

10. Disclaimers
TradeTrack is a tool for journaling and analyzing trades. It does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or signals. All trading decisions are your own responsibility, and we are not liable for any profits or losses resulting from your use of the platform. Users are responsible for complying with their own local laws and financial regulations.

11. AI and Automated Insights
TradeTrack uses artificial intelligence to analyze, summarize, and provide feedback or insights based on your uploaded or entered trade data. These AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies or omissions and should not be considered financial advice. TradeTrack and its developers make no warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. You acknowledge that TradeTrack is not liable for any financial loss, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of AI feedback, analytics, or insights provided within the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or reputation. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TradeTrack at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of TradeTrack after any changes means you agree to the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
